I will prepare, submit and follow-up your planning application and see it through to its conclusion including house design, Design & Access Statements, Transport Statements, site plans and other detailed drawings as required.
Code for Sustainable Homes
All new-build houses in Wales are now required to have a Code for Sustainable Homes assessment to accompany the Planning application. I am an accredited Code assessor and can provide pre-assessments to accompany Planning applications, Design Stage assessments and Final Completion assessments.
