Building Regulations Application
I will prepare, submit and follow-up an application for your local Building Control body to include relevant details as required, such as how the building is to be constructed, details of proposed drainage etc.
SAP calculations
SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculations are an assessment of the predicted energy use of houses. As an accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), I can provide SAP calculations to accompany your Building Regulations application and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC’s) on completion of your new-build house.
Water Consumption Calculations
Recent changes to the Building Regulations have introduced mandatory target levels for reducing water usage in new dwellings. Calculations to confirm compliance will be included in your Building Regulations application or Code for Sustainable Homes assessment. I can provide this as a stand-alone service if required.
